This lovely vintage French chandelier is attributed to Muller Frères of Lunéville, celebrated for their richly colored Art Nouveau glass. The fixture features four beautifully formed art glass tulip shades in a striking amber-to-blue gradient, each displaying the soft mottling and organic form typical of Muller production. The brass frame is wonderfully sculptural with its elongated curled arms, pierced gallery, and elegant vertical supports that draw the eye upward.
The piece has a graceful presence that feels both airy and substantial, casting a warm and atmospheric glow when lit. It has been recently rewired for modern household use while preserving the character of the original hardware and patina. The shades present well overall; however, one shade has a small chip to the rim (pictured). It’s not visually distracting when the fixture is installed but noted here for accuracy, and the chandelier remains a truly beautiful example of early 20th-century French lighting.
