Chairs will require structural reglue to sit on them. . On chair had seat loose and came off.
Response from Jessi, Pearl City Antiques
I'm sorry to hear the chairs did not arrive in the condition you expected. They were structurally sound when they left our shop, so it's possible something loosened during transit, especially with antique furniture. I wish you had contacted us directly before leaving your review, as we stand behind everything we sell and would have been happy to help. Whether that meant providing guidance, arranging a repair, or offering a partial refund, we would have worked with you to find a satisfactory solution. We appreciate your business and are always committed to making things right when issues arise.

Not only is it good looking - but my dog LOVES IT! HE is able to lay indoors away from all the bugs, look out the door to prove he really is a "watch dog" - and be comfy and cozy. Thank you for making it available!

Amazing quality, pictures made no justice for how it looks in person. Definitely one of the best sculptures out there. Unfortunately one of the wings broke during shipping. I hope i can fix it.
Response from Jessi, Pearl City Antiques
Hi, As we discussed it did not break during shipping. The wing was a little loose which was mentioned in the description of the listing. I'm just adding a note since you weren't able to update your review. I'm glad you love it. Thank you

The item was as described and arrived in good condition. Shipping was a little difficult but to be expected as it had to travel across the country from East Coast to Central California.
