    1. Packaging: Our white glove shipping providers blanket and wrap our pieces carefully to ensure they are safe during transit.  Fragile or high-value items may require customized crating or extra protective materials.

    2. Carrier Selection: We work with trusted shipping partners who specialize in handling large and delicate items.

    3. Tracking: Once your order ships, the carrier will communicate directly with both you and us to make sure we are all updated on the estimated delivery date.

    4. Delivery: The carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. For large or heavy items, we recommend having an extra set of hands to help with placing the furniture in your space.

  • How long will it take to receive my furniture?

    Shipping times vary depending on your location and the size/weight of the item. Generally, it can take anywhere from 1–3 weeks for domestic deliveries however west coast deliveries may take longer depending on the delivery providers route across country and time of year.

  • How much does shipping cost?
