This mirror carries distinguished provenance from the Collection of Barbara Rothschild Michaels and Roger Michaels of New York City and Ossining, New York, with many items in the family passing down from the Estate of Herbert and Nannette Rothschild. It remains in nice antique condition, consistent with age and normal use. The glass plate shows expected signs of age and light silvering, and the case has a warm, well-developed patina.
