This handsome English Jacobean Revival buffet dates to the early 20th century and reflects the enduring popularity of the grand English country house aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from 17th-century Jacobean furniture, the piece combines bold architectural lines with richly carved details, creating a stately presence that is equally at home in a dining room, entryway, or living space. Its exceptional craftsmanship and beautifully figured mahogany make it a timeless addition to both traditional and eclectic interiors.

Crafted primarily of solid mahogany with beautifully figured mahogany panels, the buffet features a molded top above a pair of finely reeded frieze drawers fitted with brass bail pulls. Below, two deeply molded paneled cabinet doors open to generous interior storage, framed by turned and carved stiles that emphasize the cabinet’s strong architectural form. The buffet is raised on impressive carved ball and claw feet, adding a distinctive finishing touch that speaks to the quality of its construction and the influence of classic English furniture design.

The buffet is in nice antique condition, consistent with age and normal use.
