This striking antique Bradley & Hubbard slag glass lamp embodies the geometric elegance of the Arts & Crafts and Prairie School movements. Its octagonal shade features variegated green and white slag glass panels accented by ruby-red glass jewels. The intricate openwork lattice overlay displays classic chevron and linear motifs, demonstrating the exceptional craftsmanship for which Bradley & Hubbard was celebrated during the early 20th century.

The bronze-patinated base continues the architectural design language of the shade, rising from a hexagonal plinth decorated with matching incised motifs. Together, the strong geometric forms and earthy materials evoke the Prairie School’s emphasis on structure, harmony, and handcrafted quality. When lit, the lamp emits a soft amber-green glow that beautifully diffuses through the glass panels, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

In nice antique condition consistent with age and use, the lamp retains its original finish and wiring. There is minor loss to the openwork lattice on the shade, as shown, which does not detract from its overall presentation. The slag glass panels remain intact and the lamp is structurally sound. A fine example of early American design for the collector or Arts & Crafts enthusiast. 21h x 14w x 14d
