This elegant vintage crystal decanter was produced by Baccarat for the celebrated French cognac house Martell and features the highly decorative Michelangelo pattern. Dating to the early 20th century, the piece reflects the refinement and artistry that made Baccarat one of the world’s most prestigious crystal manufacturers. The rounded form is beautifully proportioned and richly decorated with elaborate acid-etched scrolling vines, foliage, and a heraldic cartouche, creating a sophisticated presentation worthy of a fine spirits collection or bar display.

Crafted from fine crystal, the decanter showcases exceptional clarity and intricate engraving executed with remarkable precision. The original crystal stopper is engraved with a matching crest, while the underside bears the etched Baccarat France mark, confirming its authenticity. The delicate frosted decoration contrasts beautifully against the polished crystal body, giving the piece an understated elegance that works equally well in traditional, formal, or eclectic interiors.

The decanter is in nice vintage condition and displays beautifully. The crystal remains bright and clear with light wear consistent with age and normal use. There are a few small chips to the outer rim of the neck, visible in the photographs, while the original stopper fits properly and displays well. Aside from these minor imperfections, the piece presents beautifully and would make a wonderful addition to a collection of fine crystal, barware, or French decorative arts. 11h x 6w x 4d
