This antique George III Queen Anne mahogany lowboy dates to the late 18th century and is a classic example of English domestic furniture from the period. The compact, well-proportioned form features a rectangular top over a three-drawer configuration, with a shaped apron that creates an elegant central arch. The mahogany has developed a warm, rich color, with attractive grain visible across the drawer fronts and top.

The lowboy stands on gracefully carved cabriole legs that terminate in well-shaped pad feet, giving the piece a light, refined stance. The drawers are fitted with brass bail pulls, and the overall design reflects the continued Queen Anne influence well into the George III period.
